SUGGESTED BASIC PIZZA RECIPES
Plain Cheese Pizza:
Simply add the remaining cup of shredded cheese, (or more
if you like), and you're ready to bake. Try combinations of mozzarella,
provolone, cheddar, or other varieties to suit your taste.
Pepperoni Pizza:
Cover the bed of cheese, wall to wall, with a layer of
thinly sliced pepperoni sausage. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the
pepperoni, while allowing some of the pepperoni show through. Pop in the oven.
Veggie Pizza:
Evenly distribute 1/4
cup each of diced onion, green peppers and mushrooms, one topping at a
time, over the bed of cheese. Add the remaining cup of shredded cheese
over the toppings. Garnish with a 1/4 cup of chopped black olives and bake.
(Substitute any of these vegetables with your own favorites.)
