TAPAS CONFETTI APPETIZER PIZZA RECIPE
A chilled appetizer pizza of diced Tapas vegetables and shredded queso blanco and sharp cheddar cheeses with a ranch cream cheese sauce. Coma y goce!
Ingredients: Sauce
1 pack (8 oz) - Cream cheese 1 envelope - Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (Dry) 2/3 cup - Mayonnaise 2/3 cup - Sour
cream 1 dash - Seasoning salt or cayenne pepper 1 tbsp - Parsley, fresh, minced
Ingredients: Vegetables
Finely dice the following fresh vegetables:
1/3 cup - Broccoli
1/3 cup - Onion
1/3 cup - Mushroom
1/3 cup - Carrot
1/3 cup - Green pepper
1/3 cup - Yellow Holland pepper
1/3 cup - Spanish olives
1/3 cup - Roasted red pepper or pimiento
1/3 cup - Serrano chili pepper
1/3 cup - Jalapeño chili pepper
Ingredients: Cheese
Finely shred a brick of each of the following cheeses:
8 oz - Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz - Queso Blanco, White Cheese
Preparation:
Pre-bake a classic pizza dough shell (12" to 14" diameter), and set aside to cool.

Prepare the sauce, whipping these
ingredients to a smooth texture and then chill.
Top the pizza shell with an even layer of the
sauce, spreading it out so as to leave about 3/4" of the crust edge exposed.
Sprinkle layers of the vegetables, (except for 1/6 cup each of the red and Jalapeño peppers), over the sauced shell.
Finish topping with a sprinkling of the cheeses.
Garnish with the remaining red and green Serrano and Jalapeño
peppers.
Slice in wedges or squares. Serve chilled; or warm, slightly melting the cheese
topping under a broiler. Coma y goce!
